Conditions for Massage
- Massage unable to be given after eating until 1 hour have passed
- Massage unable to be given after exercise until 2 hours have passed
- If you have Diabetes please make it known Type 1 or 2
- Pregnancy is fine but only soft/relaxing massage offered
- Cannot accept persons with Skin Disease
- Cannot accept if you are having a period
- Cannot accept if you have had an operation within the last 8 weeks
- Cannot accept if your Blood Pressure is over 150/
- Happy to accept clients with Cancer or Heart-disease but please get permission from your doctor first.
- Please ensure you are clean, oils penetrate the skin and require clean skin for best effect.
